APPLICATIONS & TEST PURPOSE:
The machine design mainly focuses on two types of designs for the cover plate: fatigue and strength tests. Under the set force value, stroke, displacement, time and speed conditions, repeated tests are conducted on the product to evaluate and inspect the product quality issues.
This machine is mainly designed with a combination of cylinders, force value sensors, guide rods, PLC software, touch screen control, magnetic fixture blocks, A3 steel plates, stainless steel materials, etc. It is a professional device for toilet testing and fatigue and strength detection.
